SIDNEY, NE — A person from the west coast wished for the homicide of his spouse is in custody after being discovered by authorities in Nebraska.
In line with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Workplace in California, 52-year-old Sergio Torres has a warrant out for his arrest within the capturing of his spouse, Sonia Torres.
Authorities say Thursday night time Sidney, Nebraska police pulled Sergio over for operating a cease signal. A data test revealed the arrest warrant to Sidney police, who then arrested Sergio.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Workplace says Sonia Torres was shot in Stockton, Calif. on June 4. She was taken to a hospital the place she died. A police investigation decided Sergio Torres to be accountable.
In line with a social media submit by the sheriff’s workplace, the California division thanked the Sidney Police Division and mentioned Sergio is awaiting extradition again to California to face fees.
