ROSCOMMON COUNTY, MI—Ghost, a police K9 with the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Workplace that helped rescue a person from freezing Northern Michigan woods in January, has died, the division mentioned.
The canine died unexpectedly in a single day from a medical concern, the sheriff’s workplace announced on Facebook Thursday, March 10.
“Because the Sheriff’s Workplace mourns this loss, it’s with a heavy coronary heart that we convey information of the passing of K9 Ghost,” the sheriff’s workplace mentioned in its submit. “Our ideas and prayers are particularly with Deputy Darsow and his household as they are going to be most affected by this sudden loss.”
