ROCKFORD, Unwell. (WTVO) — There’s a new sheriff’s deputy on the town and he’s a bit fluffier than his co-workers.
Meet Ok-9 Sagar, the most recent member of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Workplace. His handler is Deputy Rossi, and the companions have already began coaching collectively.
It’s going to take about 10 weeks for Sagar to study the ropes, after which he’ll assist deputies discover medication and observe down criminals.
Sagar joins Ok-9s Zoro and Quatro, who began with the sheriff final fall.
