No bond for man charged in Houston-area deputy’s loss of life


HOUSTON (AP) — A 51-year-old man accused of fatally taking pictures a Houston-area deputy throughout a visitors cease this previous weekend is being held with out bond after being returned to the U.S. following his arrest in Mexico.

Oscar Rosales made his preliminary court docket look in Houston Wednesday night after he was flown again to the town from Del Rio, Texas.

A Justice of the Peace choose ordered he be held with out bond.

Authorities say Rosales was captured in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, positioned throughout the U.S.-Mexico border from Del Rio, on Wednesday morning.

Authorities had been attempting to find out if Rosales was a citizen of both El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras.

Prosecutors have filed a cost of capital homicide in opposition to Rosales for the loss of life of Harris County Precinct 5 Cpl. Charles Galloway.
