PUEBLO, Colo. — Pueblo County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a 22-year-old suspect immediately, Wednesday, Jan. 26, in reference to two current burglaries on the JR’s Nation Retailer in east Pueblo County.
Donovan Duran was arrested after detectives positioned him in a automobile parked within the 300 block of W.
Northern Avenue. Detectives recognized him because the suspect within the Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, and the Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022, burglaries of the JR’s Nation Retailer.
In each burglaries, the suspect broke a window to realize entry to the constructing and took an undetermined variety of cigarettes. A dark-colored car was seen on video arriving and leaving the shop across the time the burglaries had been reported.
Detectives recognized Duran as a passenger in a car that had arrived and parked on the Alta Retailer. He was arrested with out incident, and the car was reported stolen out of Aurora. Two girls within the car had been additionally arrested on excellent warrants.
Duran was arrested for 2 counts of second-degree housebreaking, two counts of prison mischief
and two counts of theft. He has been booked into the Pueblo County Jail.
