In response to an arrest affidavit, police requested the driving force, Benjamin Janis, 21, of Manderson, S.D., how a lot marijuana was within the automobile. Janis instructed the officers there was “a bit of” for private use. Janis pulled a bag of marijuana from behind the driving force’s seat and gave it to the officers.
