On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 2349 hours, Officer Carolyn Gundel was dispatched to the primary block of Burr Oak Street, Millersville for a report of a disturbance. It was reported that Nathanael Prichard, 18, Millersville, was chasing his feminine roommate across the residence. Upon Officer Gundel’s arrival, she discovered from the feminine sufferer that Prichard, was knocking on her bed room door and he or she refused to open the door. Prichard broke the door down. Prichard then started groping the feminine as she refused the sexual advances. She broke free and Prichard began chasing her across the residence. When Prichard would catch as much as the feminine he would throw her down. In the lounge, Prichard pushed the feminine to the couch and squeezed her neck inflicting her ache and making it tough to breathe. Prichard then pulled her panties down and he or she pulled them again up whereas Prichard had her on the couch. When the police arrived, Prichard was within the storage. There was a small clear baggie of suspected marijuana on the desk in entrance of him. He was taken into custody based mostly on the feminine’s assertion. Officer Gundel charged Prichard with strangulation, easy assault, harassment, and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Lancaster County Jail the place he was arraigned on the fees. His bail was set at $20,000 money and he was unable to put up it so he was dedicated to jail.
