PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) – A Criminal County girl who went to St. Charles Prineville over the weekend for remedy of accidents reported being the sufferer of home assault involving a gun, resulting in a person’s arrest on a number of costs, Criminal County sheriff’s deputies mentioned Monday.
Deputies started investigating the reported assault and potential kidnapping round 12:30 p.m. Saturday, after the 42-year-old alleged sufferer went to the hospital, Sgt. Tim Durheim mentioned.
Deputies responded to a distant subdivision on SE Juniper Canyon Highway southeast of Prineville and spoke with the 40-year-old suspect.
He was arrested and lodged within the county jail on home violence costs of fourth-degree assault, harassment and menacing, in addition to coercion, recklessly endangering one other, illegal use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and try to commit a Class A felony, first-degree assault.
After the arrest, Durheim mentioned, a search warrant was served on the dwelling and proof was discovered, together with the gun allegedly used to menace the lady.
