Ali Abulaban, often known as JinnKid on social media, has pleaded not responsible to fees of murdering his spouse and a male sufferer.
Abulaban, who has amassed lots of of hundreds of followers on TikTok and YouTube along with his comedy skits and impressions, was arrested on Oct. 21 after reporting the capturing of his spouse Ana Abulaban, 28, and a person recognized as Rayburn Cardenas Barron, 29, at his condominium in San Diego, police confirmed. Officers found Ana and Rayburn contained in the condominium with obvious gunshot wounds to their higher our bodies and had been pronounced useless on the scene round 3:30 p.m.
After being discovered driving in his automobile, Ali, 29, was detained, questioned and finally arrested and charged. At his arraignment on Monday, Oct. 25, it was revealed he pleaded not responsible to 2 counts of first-degree homicide together with “special-circumstance allegations of a number of killings,” The San Diego Union-Tribune reported.
He had allegedly put in a listening system on his 5-year-old daughter’s iPad, a prosecutor stated in courtroom, in response to the Union-Tribune. The prosecutor claimed he went to his spouse’s residence and shot each of the victims after listening to them speaking.
