OMAHA — A 65-year-old Omaha man died Saturday night time in a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Interstate 80 at 72nd Road.
Kevin M. Lafferty was pronounced lifeless on the scene, based on an Omaha police spokesman. The driving force of the second car, Ana Fuertes, 18, of Omaha, was not injured.
Investigators stated Lafferty was driving a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Fuertes was driving a 2013 Ford Explorer when the crash occurred at about 7:45 p.m. Police stated the Jeep clipped the nook of the Ford as each autos have been taking the westbound exit ramp to 72nd Road.
The Ford spun out and got here to a relaxation on the shoulder of the ramp. The Jeep left the ramp and hit a tree earlier than coming to a cease.
