WOOD COUNTY – On Oct. 9 at 6 a.m., Wooden County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a name of a 60-year-old man who was “pulseless and never respiratory” on the 4200 block of Lynn Hill Highway within the city of Port Edwards.
“County deputies, together with first responders from Nekoosa Fireplace Division, and a Wisconsin Rapids ambulance responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered the a deceased male in a bed room with head trauma,” a Wooden County Sheriff’s launch said.
“Wooden County Sheriff’s Division is conducting an ongoing loss of life investigation with the Wisconsin Crime Laboratory, State Patrol, and Division of Prison Investigation.”
