An inmate who had examined constructive for COVID-19 died in an Omaha hospital Friday, in line with the Nebraska Division of Correctional Providers. It is the second Nebraska inmate to die with COVID-19 this week.
The title of the inmate, who was in his 30s, is not going to be launched, the division stated.
He was convicted of first diploma sexual assault in Douglas County.
One other inmate in his 40s died Tuesday after testing constructive for the virus, officers stated.
