MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A West Memphis, Arkansas police officer was booked into the Crittenden County Jail on Sunday after police responded to a home violence incident .
Officer Barry Doss was off-duty when police responded at 6:38 a.m., West Memphis Police mentioned in a information launch.
He’s charged with third-degree home battering, in keeping with jail information.
Doss, 35, has been with the division since 2020. Police mentioned Doss has been positioned on non-enforcement standing pending the result of prison and inside investigations.
