A Gillette man suspected of distributing narcotics, who fled and evaded seize final week, has been arrested, Gillette Police Lt. Brent Wasson confirmed Tuesday.
Kenneth Powers, 56, is charged with a number of felonies, together with possession of a managed substance with intent to ship and aggravated assault, for an incident that occurred on Sept. 2 the place he reportedly fled from Probation & Parole workers, Wasson stated on Sept. 3.
Workers, who had acquired details about a possible drug and firearm stash at Powers’ residence, confronted him round 11:12 a.m. at their workplace on Industrial Drive, Wasson stated.

Within the residence, officers situated a number of ounces of marijuana packaged on the market, 50 LSD tabs, varied quantities of suspected cocaine, heroin, and a number of firearms, per Wasson.
