Onslow County Sheriff’s Workplace resumes Fall Residents Academy

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – Residents have the chance to be taught in depth how county regulation enforcement works.

The Onslow County Sheriff’s Workplace started its 2021 Fall Residents Academy on Tuesday, freed from cost for residents.

Individuals obtain one-on-one interplay and displays with deputies from every division: administration, investigations, patrol operations, detention operations, civil operations and court docket.

Deputies say attendees may even see demonstrations from K9 items, DWI Process Power and CSI.

The academy is held twice a 12 months in spring and fall.
