BLOOMINGTON – The Indiana State Police Bloomington District A.C.E.S. (Aggressive Felony Enforcement Part) just lately paired with the Bloomington Police Division narcotics division to conduct focused patrols of recognized excessive crime areas inside the town of Bloomington.
