State Rep. Robert Goforth resigns amid home violence fees


FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky state consultant Robert Goforth has resigned.

Goforth cited “household and private circumstances that demand my full consideration and focus” in his resignation letter.

He was facing domestic violence charges stemming from an incident involving his spouse again in April 2020.
