Cleveland police officer fired following home violence cost


CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland police officer was fired Monday, greater than a 12 months after he was charged with home violence.

David Carpenter, 38, is not employed as a patrol officer, Director of Public Security Karrie Howard introduced Wednesday.
