WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and detectives with the Teller County Sheriff’s Workplace are conducting a prison investigation and interviewing members of the Woodland Park Police Division.
On Monday, a CBI agent and a detective from the Teller County Sheriff’s Workplace notified Michael Lawson, the Metropolis Supervisor of Woodland Park the 2 companies have been conducting a prison investigation. In a press launched by the Metropolis of Woodland Park said that though the investigators didn’t reveal the breadth of the inquiry, they requested to interview some executive-level members
of the Woodland Park Police Division. These members of the police division are
cooperating and are being interviewed.
Though no prices have been filed at the moment, Commanders Ryan Holzwarth and Andy Leibbrand, have been positioned on routine paid administrative depart whereas the investigation proceeds. These are the one two commanders on the Woodland Park Police Department.
The town of Woodland Park helps full transparency and appreciates the nice work that the
women and men of the Woodland Park Police Division carry out every day. As
info is shared with the town from the investigating companies, the town plans to replace the general public.
