The recipients have been Sgt. Tim Allen, Deputy Hans Kochersperger, Lt. Tom Murphy, Sgt. Michael Cochran and Deputy Tyler Marlow.
Sheriff Steve Stephens talked about why the officers have been receiving the life-saving award earlier than handing the pins and certificates to every officer. The awards have been postponed final 12 months due to COVID-19.
Stephens stated Allen, Kochersperger and Murphy responded to an overdose name on June 6, 2020.
