FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) — Florence police have arrested a person accused of home violence after he barricaded himself in a home.
Robert Dwayne Johnson, who had an arrest warrant for home violence within the second diploma, was approached by officers at about 11 a.m. Saturday within the 900 block of Carver Avenue, in line with the Florence Police Division.
After he barricaded himself, police mentioned that negotiators and the emergency response crew talked to Johnson over the telephone a number of instances. After he refused to give up, officers used tear gasoline. He then exited the house and was taken into custody, in line with police.
He had minor accidents on his arm, in line with police, and was taken to a hospital. He can be booked into the Florence County Detention Middle after he’s handled.
The warrant was in relation to an incident that occurred Saturday morning, the place he reportedly choked and bit somebody, in line with police. The sufferer obtained non-life-threatening accidents.
