Monroe County sheriff’s workplace trying to find armed theft suspect

PETERSBURG, Michigan (WTVG) – The Monroe County Sheriff’s workplace is on the lookout for an armed theft suspect. The alleged theft occurred Friday night time on the Lightning Fast Gasoline & Go in Petersburg, Michigan.

The fuel station clerk instructed deputies a male suspect confirmed a gun and demanded the worker to show the gasoline pumps on. The suspect pumped fuel right into a automobile and bought into the passenger seat. The automobile left the station heading southbound on Saline Avenue.

Authorities mentioned the automobile and the motive force have been discovered and questioned on Saturday. The Sheriff’s workplace mentioned it’s following up on leads on the suspect’s location.
