The Mobil Mart on North St. in Pittsfield was robbed at knifepoint on Wednesday round 8:30 p.m.
On Thursday night, Pittsfield Police arrested Douglas Slier, Jr., age 33 of Pittsfield with out incident. Slier shortly developed as a suspect within the Wednesday night’s armed theft of Cell Mart on North Road in Pittsfield.
Slier is charged with 1 rely of Armed Theft and will likely be arraigned in the present day at Central Berkshire District Court docket.
Members of the Patrol Division, Detective Bureau, Crime Scene Providers, and Anti-Crime Unit all contributed to the investigation.
